Reiki: Level One Class

Universal healing connects to all dimensions and is also immediately transmitted or received with no concept of space and time. Reiki is a healing form, is an ancient practice that is used to reduce stress and improve health. Reiki is accessible to all, and with the right tool is very easy to achieve healing. Practitioners use specific hand positions for a few moments, hand on or close to the client's clothed body. It is possible to send healing to your past to support you for a better future. A Natural Universal Law does not rest; everything vibrates to passing rhythm. A Master Reiki practitioner is prepared and can scan the body for these vibrating frequencies. A person with feelings of fear, grief, and despair vibrates very low and stagnant. However, a person with peace, joy, love, and recognition to appreciate life is much faster, lighter, and smoother. Reiki energy flows allow healing to the recipient for the greatest and highest good. Distance Reiki healing goes where the recipient needs it. It is powerful enough to heal the practitioner as well, it gives and receives.

What should I expect during the Reiki Level One Class?

 

After doing introductions and learning the basics of Reiki, you will be given the chance to ask questions. You will receive a series of Reiki Attunements that empower you to practice Reiki. You will learn and practice Reiki on yourself. You will learn how to give Reiki to other people. The class ends with a full hands-on Reiki live example that will prepare you to practice.

 

What can I wear? 

You will wear something light and comfortable. 

 

Any Homework?

 

Absolutely, yes, yes, and yes! Practice every day for a few minutes. I recommend using it morning and nighttime. In addition, you will find yourself using it every day in a spontaneous manner.
